How do I get help with my Alarm.com settings. Many of our customers have interactive service in order to control their alarm systems via their smartphones and computers using Alarm.com's amazing apps and features. If you need help navigating Alarm.com's features, we can help.. The easiest option is to log into the Customer Website and click the ? in the top right corner of the webpage. From there, you will be able to click either a help document or a help video.You can call our friendly support team at Epic Alarm by dialing 888.969.EPIC (3742)You can email our friendly support team at Epic Alarm by emailing service@epicalarm.com
