An additional login is best when a second (or third, etc) person needs access to an Alarm.com account and/or would like to login/control settings on a mobile app.. This action is currently limited to a desktop browser, so you must use a computer to do this.. STEPS:. 1. Login to your alarm.com account here: https://epicalarm.com/login/. 2. Click Users on the left hand side panel.. 3. Click manage logins at the top. 4. Click Add a Login button.. 5. Complete the necessary information and steps after that.
